Justin Carloni, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Principal
Justin graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2013 with honors and his work published in the Design school Galleries. Before starting KSX Justin worked on award winning projects such as Zaha Hadid Architects 528 W. 28th St and SOMA's 45 Park Place working at Ismael Leyva Architects. He's also worked and collaborated alongside Global Net Zero leader Bill Dunster. He believes the Architecture + Design process though -- thoughtful, rigorous and disciplined allows itself to be playful, fun and enjoyable for both the designers and the client

Vivian Florence
Vivian Florence is the Office Director at KSX, where she plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the firm runs efficiently and strategically. She is known for her ability to manage high-intensity office environments
with professionalism and confidence. ​

Vivian brings exceptional patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence into her work—qualities that translate seamlessly into effective team management and office oversight. She thrives in roles that require balance, accountability, and calm leadership under pressure.

NETWORK RELATIONS
Andrew Stoddard
Andrew Stoddard, grandson to the Founder of Emmer Development Phil Emmer, is the Chief of Network Relations at KSX Architecture. Andrew focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships and expanding the firms professional network. By connecting clients, industry leaders, consultants and project stakeholders he helps foster collaboration, drive business development and support the successful delivery of high quality Architectural solutions. His commitment to communication and relationship building plays a key role in the firms continued growth and reputation.
